LIZA BUTLER CONGRATULATES LOCAL SPORTS GRANTS RECIPIENTS

STATE Member for South Coast Liza Butler has congratulated seven local sporting clubs in her electorate on securing their share of $50,000 under the NSW Government’s Local Sport Grant Program 2025.
“There was a record number of applications for this funding round, and I acknowledge and thank all clubs for putting forward their worthy projects for assessment,” Ms Butler said.
“The successful projects range from minor facility upgrades to purchasing new equipment, with the common aim of increasing participation in sport and active recreation across our beautiful coast.”
Local Sport Grant recipients are:

$15,000 to Mollymook Outrigger Canoe Club towards hosting the NSW State Titles

$15,000 to Shoalhaven Rowing Club towards purchase of a Junior Dev Quad Boat.

$5,795 to Milton Ulladulla Football Club for its Goals for Girls program.

$5,319 to Shoalhaven United Football Club towards field top-dressing.

$4,563 to Sail AHIMSA Inc towards upgrading sail.

$2,323 to West Street Nowra Croquet Club to update mallets and balls.

$2,000 to Sussex Inlet Cricket Club to update uniforms.
Electorate-wide total: $50,000.
